060315_D0061-Selected JKJohn Kadim cares deeply about the communities he manages on the North Shore as Portfolio Property Manager at Crowninshield Management.  “All of the managers in our office genuinely care about the properties we manage and their well-being. My colleagues and I are very passionate about what we do. We all help each other out in any way we can by supporting, providing advice, and in some cases, a manager will actually go to another manager’s site to review something with them. We are very helpful to one another, and I think that is what really sets us apart from other firms because it shows the quality of service we provide to our clients,” says Kadim.

Prior to his post at Crowninshiled, he was a Transportation Supervisor at Cape Ann Transportation and also served as an Accounts Payable Manager at the Essex County Club. Kadim earned his Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Southern New Hampshire University where he concentrated in General Business and Management, and received a graduate certificate in Project Management. He graduated as a member of National Honor Society, while serving as an Organizational Behavior Graduate Research Fellow. He received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Management from Salem State University, and a minor in Pre-Law and in Psychology. Kadim graduated cum laude, as a member of the pre-law society, and was recognized as the “professors choice” for strength in leadership. He is a member of both Community Associations Institute (CAI) and the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), and sits on the Program Advisory Committee and Seminar & Conference Committee through CAI.

“John is a great asset to the Crowninshield team,” notes Nick Ruccolo, Vice President. “His clients are fortunate to have him managing their properties as he is proactive, positive and passionate about his work. John has a great work ethic,” says Ruccolo.
